Fp action director Marc Emery, whose Sunday opening charges have forced him to make five court appearances so far --- only to have the crown delay procedings --- has yet to have his day in court. On a subsequent second charge of employing "too many" people on a Sunday, Emery will offer his own defence on January 12, 1988.
