Toronto's Africentric School Dealt a Blow Freedom Party's "Two Alis" ad takes a swing at McGuinty and Hudak
The plank is being promoted with a new pre-election video advertisement that condemns Liberal Premier Dalton McGuinty and Progressive Conservative opposition leader Tim Hudak for doing nothing to prevent taxpayer funding of Toronto's race-based public school. "Dalton McGuinty feigned concern about the opening of a race-based school, but refused to take any steps to prevent Toronto's Africentric school from being opened" says Freedom Party leader Paul McKeever. "Tim Hudak - who continued to champion taxpayer funding for faith-based education even after his party's 2007 election loss - did not oppose the opening of the race-based school. "Children should not be taught that ones genetic make-up determines ones potential, values, or heroes. Ontario schools should be colour blind. "A Freedom government will do what neither Dalton McGuinty's Liberals nor Tim Hudak's Progressive Conservatives will do. A Freedom government will permanently eliminate race-based public schools and change the law so that no school board will have the authority to open one ever again. One race: the human race. That's Freedom Party's stand."
